Even experienced technicians can get a diagnosis wrong or miss another issue. At 497AIR, we stand behind the repair we recommend. If we diagnose a problem and quote a repair, you only pay if that repair restores cold air to your home.
Our promise is straightforward: we charge for the AC repair we quoted, not simply for replacing a part. If the quoted repair does not restore cooling, you owe us nothing for that repair. If it does, you pay the price we agreed on.
Diagnostic fees & repair credit
Our diagnostic visit includes system troubleshooting and a written repair price before work begins.
$99 per system during regular hours. $149 per system after hours or on weekends.
Approve a repair completed during the same visit, and we apply the diagnostic fee you paid toward that repair.
Comfort Club regular-hour rates: Platinum $69, Gold $79, Silver $89. Gold and Platinum also include no overtime charges.
