Platinum dryer vent cleaning
Includes one standard accessible residential dryer vent cleaning per year, completed during a scheduled A/C maintenance visit. Roof access, unusually long runs, heavy blockages, and repairs are quoted separately.
Diagnostic fees & repair credit
Standard diagnostics are $99 per system during regular hours or $149 after hours and on weekends. Member discounts apply; Gold and Platinum include no overtime charges. When you approve a repair completed during the same visit, the diagnostic fee you paid is credited toward that repair. See all diagnostic rates.
Repair warranty coverage
Plan pricing covers one HVAC system. Each additional system at the same property is $180/year or $15/month.
Repair warranties cover parts installed and repair labor performed by 497AIR, starting on the repair completion date. Unrelated failures elsewhere in the system are not covered.
Coverage requires a current, paid maintenance agreement. If payment lapses, coverage is suspended and claims during the lapse are not covered.
